We’ll start with a free consult over Zoom (30-45 minutes) to discuss the project and your goals. If you’d like to work with me as your developmental editor, I will carefully read your manuscript and write up a detailed editorial report (5-10 pages) noting the project’s strengths and areas for revisions such as filling in gaps in reasoning, narrowing down or adding evidence, and restructuring to strengthen the power of your argument. I will also send you a marked up copy of your manuscript with sentence-level and paragraph-level comments on structure, argumentation, and clarity. After you receive my written feedback, we’ll have a call to talk it through and address any questions you have. This service package costs $1000.
